We loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect - close to all the action, but far enough away to avoid the noise of the city center. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities such as a new flatscreen TV and a powerful shower. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was exceptional.
Almost perfect.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a luxurious and exclusive stay. the staff greeted us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our time here. Our room had exclusive amenities such as a private terrace and garden area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the location advantages this hotel has to offer.
The only minor issue we encountered was a slight delay in receiving our dinner order from the on-site restaurant. this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Staff & Location the staff was excellent and very friendly, always eager to help. the location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance to the main attractions. I liked the fact that the hotel offered a stocked fridge and you could purchase wine at the front desk.
Disappointing Shower & Overrated the shower needed work, it was inconsistent and had weak pressure. the rooms were small and overrated as a five-star hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, close enough to the action but not so much that it's overwhelming. It's also conveniently situated near coffee shops and restaurants. the staff is attentive and helpful, and the rooms are cozy and nicely decorated. Guests also appreciate the shower's size and hot water availability.
While the hotel has many strengths, some guests had issues getting a proper Factura.

The hotel had great customer service and the staff was very attentive. The location was fantastic, close to the center but not too loud. The rooms were nicely decorated and some even had a view of the iconic landmark. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water.
Some rooms didn't have windows, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Some noise from other guests passing by could be heard in the room.

Our room had a fascinating history as it used to be a consultation room when the hotel was a doctor's office. The location was perfect, close to the action but not too noisy. The staff was extremely attentive and the bed was comfortable. The shower had hot water and the room had a modern TV. Parking was secure. I would recommend this hotel for its unique charm and great location.
